I can’t believe that January is almost over. I know I’ve been derelict of my duties as a blogger, but sheesh…have things been busy!
Besides my full-time job, I’m taking a writing class and WOW! does that take time. I’ve met with people who have asked for help on their film projects…two of which I have agreed to.
The Dolls is a drag troupe in Albuquerque that have been giving us live performances for about 15 years. The plays are comedic, bawdy, and quite a bit naughty. They are making a film of one of these plays, “Malice in Wonderland.” I will be helping them with their marketing and publicity, and the film is already in production.

Also, I’m researching a group of women who in the 1950′s and early 60′s went thru the same training as men to become astronauts, but were never allowed to go into space. And, so, Russia beat us to that. It took almost 4 decades before Sally Ride became the first US woman in space!
So, that’s what I’ve been up to so far this month. I hope all of you are having a great new year so far.
