2 Mangoes – peeled and chopped in small chunks
1 medium to large avocado – chopped in small chunks
1 ½ tbsp. cilantro
1 sm. can (4 oz.) chopped green chile
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp. tequila
½ – 1 tbsp. chopped jalapeno (more or less according to taste)
Simply mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
Note: This salsa is wonderful with chips, or as an accent for fish such as tilapia.
